Ordering
Your order is valid as soon as you receive a mail from us. If one or more products you have ordered is currently not deliverable, we will contact you either by phone or email. You will also receive an approximate date of delivery. You will also have the opportunity to receive your goods in partial deliveries.
Delivery
Your goods will be delivered either by Post or a curier. Deliveries abroad are usually handled by Economy Post. If a quicker delivery method is preferred, you can let us know in your order. The higher costs for an alternative delivery method will be added to your bill.
Delivery Costs
Our deliveries are not affected by the amount of goods ordered. The following delivery options are available:
- Domestic
(Switzerland and Lichtenstein) For orders between 0.00 - 300.00 CHF standard Swiss Post delivery Fees. For orders above CHF 300.00 you are granted a free delivery.
For express deliveries, the additional costs will be billed separately.
Abroad (Europe)
For orders between CHF 0.00 and 1000.00, standard Swiss Post delivery fees. For orders above 1000.00, free delivery.
- Abroad (Overseas: Asia, North- and South-America, Africa and Australia)
For orders between CHF 0.00 and 2000.00, standard Swiss Post delivery fees apply. For orders above CHF 2000.00, free delivery.
All packages are insured up to CHF 1000.00.
Payment
You have the following payment possibilities.
- Payment by credit card
The transaction is executed via a SSL secured connection. The security standards "Verified by VISA" and "Secure Code for Master Card" apply.
The following credit cards are accepted: Euro- / Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club.
We also accept the Swiss Post debit card.
Your account will be charged only if your goods are deliverable.
- Payment in advance
You will receive a bill to be paid in advance. As soon as we have received your payment, your goods will be sent to you. Your ordered goods will be kept reserved for you until the payment has been executed succesfully.
Returning
In case you are not statisfied with the delivery, you have the right to return the delivery partially or completely during the following 8 days. We will accept your returned goods under following conditions:
The products must be returned in their original wrapping. The products must not be returned in a broken or used condition, unless the products were delivered to you that way. In case of a delivery containing defective products, the delivering company (Post or curier) should be notified immediatelly. The postage for the returned shipment must be paid fully. Defective, damaged or insufficient returned shipments will be charged. Products that fulfill all requirements will be returned to you fully. Administrative costs of CHF 20.00 are to be charged.
Prices
Our prices are calculated in Romanshorn (Switzerland) and are therefore given without engagement in CHF (Swiss Francs) and Euro. All prices are inclusive Swiss VAT (7.6%). All corrections to prices, as well as changes to Delivery and Payment conditions are reserved.
Guarantee
For all of our goods, you will receive a guarantee of 12 months. The guaranteed period begins on the day of billing. Guarantee claims made by you are processed as soon as possible, in form of a replacement product or repairing. Bei unsachgemässer Handhabung oder persönlichem Eingriff erlischt der Garantieanspruch Ihrerseits. Der Garantieanspruch ist nicht übertragbar auf Dritte.
Unsere Angebote
Unser Online Angebot ist freibleibend und unverbindlich. Änderungen durch Farbe, Aussehen, Beschaffenheit und Preise sind freibleibend. Andere Geschäftsbedingungen als diese hier beschriebenen gelten nur bei vorheriger schriftlicher Bestätigung unsererseits. Technische Änderungen von Artikeln, Druckfehler, Preis Irrtum und Liefermöglichkeiten bleiben vorbehalten. Für eventuelle Schäden und nachfolge Schäden die beim Betrieb oder Spielbetrieb auftreten können, übernehmen wir keine Haftung, da ein sachgemässer Betrieb - / Spielbetrieb durch uns nicht kontrolliert und überwacht werden kann. Unsere Artikel erfüllen die Sicherheitsnormen der Spielwaren Branche.
